How will I get my bucket truck or equipment?
We can arrange delivery of bucket trucks, utility trucks, digger derricks, and all other equipment through third-party services. Local pickup is also available.

Are vehicles available for inspection?
Bison Aerial Equipment, LLC does not provide warranties. We welcome any independent inspection to be performed on all of our inventory of bucket trucks, utility trucks, digger derricks, etc.  To schedule an inspection, please call 630-251-1405.  

I placed a deposit but what if I change my mind?
Once you place your $500 non-refundable deposit, we take the good faith action of removing that item out of our available inventory for others. Therefore, if you change your mind, you forfeit that deposit. No exceptions.

Do you offer financing?
​While Bison Aerial Equipment, LLC does not offer direct financing, we do work with third-party finance companies. Please call 630-251-1405 for more details. 

What is your return policy?
​All sales of bucket trucks, utility trucks, digger derricks, and other types of equipment are final.

Do you sell trucks internationally?
